Yes. You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a new subscription and get your money back — we reimburse you to the card you paid with, minus a proportionate amount for the days already supplied and any credits you have already spent, and only where you asked us to start straight away. After those 14 days you can still cancel any time from your account settings: you keep access until the end of the current billing cycle, and any unused credits remain available under your tier’s rollover rules.
Every track you’ve downloaded is yours forever. Cancelling your subscription only stops new credits — existing files stay in your library and stay re-downloadable. One caveat that applies whether or not you cancel: a track nobody has bought for 180 days is moved to cold storage, and a cold track has to be restored before it can be downloaded again. You keep the right to it either way, but that re-download is not instant — you request a restore from the track and we bring it back.
Yes, but the policy depends on your tier. Starter rolls 6 months, Pro rolls 12 months, and Elite/Studio roll forever.
Lossless formats preserve the full audio signal — no compression artefacts on big systems, cleaner stems for re-edits, and proper headroom for mastering. MP3 is fine for casual listening; WAV/FLAC is the working format.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle so you don’t lose access mid-month.
